Clam Chowder on the Griddle Recipe

Our Clam chowder recipe is a convenient and delicious recipe that is cooked completely on the Griddle Master griddle top. From cooking the salt pork to browning the potatoes, it all happens on the griddle top.

Ingredients

1 cup of clam juice
3(6.5 ounce) cans minced clams
1 cup minced onion
2 cups cubed potatoes
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 quart half-and-half cream
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
ground white pepper to taste
