Payment Methods
Griddle Master is very PCI compliant which means we don’t accept credit cards over the phone, only online. All orders are processed online and we NEVER see the customer’s credit card number. We only receive a confirmation code showing that the customer paid. This allows for maximum security protection of your credit card.
We allow Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Some organizations pay by check and have to send the check to us and then when it clears, we will make the Custom Griddle Top and ship it out.
